I like everything from The Who, Small Faces, through Hawkwind and all the so-called Krautrock artists (Tangerine Dream the obvious example).

I still would like to see/hear something in the Hip Hop, Trap style as well as Future Bass. One can never have too much. These styles of drums actually do evolve and there are drums that take a little sound designing to sound just right. Expansions eliminate a large of amount of the sound design which for me eats up time. I'm the get it and go type of person.

I'd love packs that are purely drums and perc, perhaps from different eras, geographies, styles.... But all Drums and Perc so I don't have to delete pads 9-16. Like an expansion of what we already get stock with Maschine.

Want to second the Foley and Field recording stuff, Moreover MSX Audio, yes!
But specifically, the following:
- Foley Human Sounds:
- long-winded speeches or discussions (yes, really)
- Sounds of groups of people interacting
- Protests, Cheers, Rituals
- Field recordings
- ethnic instruments/singing
- Nature sounds
- Demolition
- Organic or organic sounding Microsounds like thumping, pulses, bubbling, rattling and animal warning noises
- Musical expansions or genre based
- Classical Big band sounds
- Orchestral sounds of popular or canonical compositions, which would be awesome to be able to access royalty free
- Postrock
- Downright bluesy stuff, delta, country blues, Chicago and 60s
And also, preset based:
- more Massive X expansion, those are among my all-time favourites!
- Just displays of the power of Massive X for the most obscure purposes as well as a collection of bread and butter sounds. I just love everything about them.
- Maybe a Massive X expansion focusing on physical modellin
- Pure Maschine Expansions. A full expansion only with onboard sound sources. Just for the heck of it, also I am always blown away and learning so much about Maschines richness whenever I stumble over Maschine-only Kits.

My Favourite expansions are the East Africa and Middle Eastern ones. I'd like a more straight Latin expansion, less Latin disco, more trad. Also more downtempo grooves, <<120 bpm. Odd tempos would be good, like 5/4, 7/8 etc, with brushes and jazz kits. Eastern Europe, accordions and gypsy guitar. Like the idea of Spaghetti Western! Please, no more Hip Hop or RnB, there is loads of it already.

IME it’s more difficult than it seems, and depends a lot on your environment. I try field recordings every now and then, but none of them were ever truly usable.
For example, I have a nature park with birds right in front of the house. But there’s an airport nearby, highly frequented streets and lots if farmers around as well, so you always hear machines.
And to do a good stereo recording, you need the proper equipment, and the time to learn and experiment.
