TRAKTOR KONTROL S5 , Display OFF (only says Traktor)

I have a problem on my TRAKTOR KONTROLM S5,
the display do not start correctly, please see the picture atached.

Make sure your decks are set as Track decks.?

Driver could also be the issue. What OS are you using, and which Traktor Version?

What exactly do you mean ? Does it no longer say Traktor either now ? (as it does on your picture)
Please ! , always try to be specific and accurate , your initial 'Display off' headline were not really neither accurate nor informative why I did an edit of it to say "TRAKTOR KONTROL S5 , Display OFF (only says Traktor)" to try to get you more and better response.
Also , maybe (?) what Sûlherokhh means is what Traktor Pro version are you using on the Windows 10 Pro that your profile says that you are using ?

I use the Windows 10 Pro with the software Traktor PRO 3.8.0 (46)
My harware is TRAKTOR KONTROL S5
Initially when I installed the software, everything worked correctly.
Now the 2 displays do not start normally, they remain as shown in the attached image.

Did you try uninstalling and re-installing the driver as suggested by Sûlherokhh ?
Else also try both another USB port and another USB cable !

I have already installed the Traktor and the drivers again
and still without displays.
If you can help I would appreciate it

Try with another version of Traktor, either start an earlier version from the Backup folder or update to the latest version (TP 3.11.1). TP 3.8 is one of those versions where NI introduced updates to the graphics and along with it a couple of bugs. It's not a version i would use.

If nothing what other people here suggests works and if you have tried with both another cable and on another computer and the unit doesn't change behavior then it's will be hard to interpret that as something else than a hardware problem with the unit ! Hardware problems can range from a simple defective USB port plug to defective circuitry !

If you are stuck at 3.8, that could mean you are still using the old version of Native Access.
Try installing this version: https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/native-access-2/

With an Apple MacBook, it works normally.
I'll assume it's the computer and I'll try it on another Windows PC ASAP.
Then I will give my feedback.

Great ! , that's progress at least , then you just need to diagnose the USB problem with your PC , could be MB chips set drivers , USB drivers or a problem with the USB chips set , or settings in BIOS or Windows , or ? Though bad throwing money at if doesn't help then you could also try a cheap PCI-E (?) USB2 card compatible with your board and OS !

You could try switching the default graphics for that application. Most newer laptops have switchable graphics. You can do it in Windows settings.
