Output and headphones no audio since Sonoma update - Thought update 4.4.1 fixed it but broke again

Is anyone else getting this problem?

I updated to Sonoma 14.4.1 (23E224) which fixed the issue but then stopped working mid mix again.

I can hear a tiny crunchy sound if cranking every level up possible so the routing is def working. Any ideas?

Have tried updating to latest minor MacOS version and also deleted all Traktor settings files.
