Default Piano problem
I've had this problem before and fixed it by rebooting, but now I can't get it to stop. I'm on Mac, using Logic. Playing Komplete Kontrol S49, in a MIDI track, even with no midi instrument loaded, I get a piano. If I load an instrument into the track, the instrument plays along with the Piano sound. I opened up the Kontrol app, I only have selected the Port 1 input and output. How do I resolve this?

I solved it - it was in my Audio-MIDI setup, somehow it switched to a odd configuration.

Have you tried resetting Logic ? : you can reset Logic to default by deleting this file:
Macintosh HD/Users/Username/Library/Preferences/com.apple.logic10.plist

Thank you for the feedback ! Were that the 'Logic' "Audio-MIDI setup" ?

It's the Mac Utility, controls flow of audio and midi devices. I had a bunch of old devices in there I had to weed out. No idea how that affected the Kontrol, but after deleting the old devices and just keeping the Kontrol, all is well.

Thank you !
@Jeremy_NI , the above (problem already solved) might be something for your notebook if not in there already 🙂 , as might this be (NOT related to the above)
