I bought the X1 MK2 a month ago and I couldn't test it until yesterday, when I connected it and I realized that the Deck A screen has a bug, it doesn't show the numbers or letters correctly, it's as if a part of the lead doesn't it will work. I have tried on different laptops and configurations and it does the same thing. what do you think any ideas? The unit appears to be defective from the factory.
