Update download failed, Mac M1 , Sonoma 14.4.1

Hello there,

I have a problem with downloading the updates. Every time I want to update It give a download fail until now I can troubleshoot what the cause of this is. I have a Mac and the newest OS Sanoma 14.4.1 . And it is a M1 chip.

I hope somebody have some valuable tips for me.

These tips is just the standard things to check if on Mac : , as for full disk access then ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access !!! also please check firewall and if Private Relay is on then turn that off in preferences ! :

There has been more issues for more Mac users with the latest two versions of Native Access but otherwise you are supposed to be using latest version of the Native Access for your OS !

If all the above has been checked and you still have problems then also try deleting the content from the download folder and also reset the Native Access XML , please consult the page My Product is Missing in Native Access
