Help with software

So I originally purchased an Maschine MK1 many years ago. Eventually the hardware ended up malfunctioning due to a flooding incident. I ended up buying a second hand Maschine hardware which I have used for manny years since. I now have a new computer but can not transfer the software because I no longer have access to my old account or email that I was using back then. If I was to download the software again would I run into any problems when it came to activating the software?

provided you can login to your previous account... you should be okay!!
if you dont have access to your NI account, or the email account it was registered to... then you may have a problem...
that said... if you spoke with support, and you provide sufficient proof... they may be able to help, but thats entirely at the discretion of NI, no harm in trying
Good luck!

If you have already registered the serial in Native Access using another account that you have no longer access to then you will have to ask N.I. support to help you ! Check this article ! "I Have No Access to My User Account"
Also for all types of Registration and account related problems then you will have to ask N.I. Purchase and Account Support ! Simply contact support , do your best to provide all the information tat you have/needed and let N.I. do their best to figure it all out.
Also : Maybe this thread will be of help to at least clarify ? : Where to get Maschine 1 software : https://community.native-instruments.com/discussion/14596/where-to-get-maschine-1-software

Wait... You lost the password for both your NI account and your email?
