Suddenly multiple issues for no reason (All products unregistered, can't download anything)
The issue is mentioned above, and I can't see it being discussed.
Again, this all just started out of the blue. I didn't update anything.
All my Native Instruments products are prompting me to "activate" when I open them... yet when I try, I can't activate them... that's one problem.
I go to Native Access, I see Kontakt apparently isn't installed... but it is. So I try to download it anyway, but get "Instillation failed: Review your location preferences" (I do use "G" drive rather than the default "C"), but even though the locations seem perfectly valid, Native Access won't let me do anything.
Update: I have changed the download preferences to the default "C Drive" locations, yet still get the same error.
Anyone else encountered this and know how to fix it?

It must be a wide-spread issue then.... That's kind of good. Hopefully they're working on it.

I hope so yeah, it's across all my products totally screwed my workflow lol

@LukePell & @TrexSamurai , if this is server-side related , which is how you present it then please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support immediately , do not sit around and wait for it to fix itself !
Other than that , then for any other input from other people here (not that I'd recommend pursuing that if a server side issue) then you would have to provide all the necessary information ! Including computer type , OS version , Native Access version , and any other info that might be of help including error messages.

It seems to have come right today. Just a server problem on their end, and being unable to communicate was most likely the problem.

Hi! I have the same problem. I have Komplete 14 Ultimate and Part of my products are now in DEMO + I am getting modal info about not been able to load VST because of Sillicon Support problem (with works always perfect) + my Kontakt 7 I also unregistered and I am not able to activate anything… I am not able to use NI Komplete software. Any other plugin that is in Komplete Kontrol works (Arturia, Diva…).
Please help me ASAP.0 -
If you have a specific problem with Kontakt or Native Access then my advice is to open a thread of your own in the appropriate Kontakt or Native Access sub-forum and give all necessary information including computer type , OS version , Native Access version , Kontakt version , and any other info that might be of help including error messages, an eventual screenshot of problem and what you have done to troubleshoot so far. Or alternatively contact N.I. Kontakt Support or N.I. Native Access and Installation Support right away instead.
