What software do I need for S4 MK1?

What software do I need to install to use my S4 MK1?

I looked at the software download page and do not understand which ones I need nor do I understand the order in which to use them.

I have a 2009 MacBook Pro using OS X 10.7.5 with an intel 2.26 GHz processor and 8GB of 1067 MHz DDR3 which is the correct intel processor and the correct operating system according to the compatibility page to run the older software to use the S4 MK1.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
