Does NI release service manuals? Looking for one for the x1 mk2.

Just wondering if NI releases service manuals like Pioneer does for their products? I'm looking for a service manual for the Traktor Kontrol x1 mk2. Just to clarify I'm looking for the "service" manual not regular manual.

    I don't think so. At least I have never seen one.

    Which is sad. People often ask what fader to buy without any answers :/

    Most companies do not make service manuals freely available to customers, for reasons that should be obvious. The products are not user serviceable. The end user is not supposed to be opening them up and messing around inside.

    Service manuals are for use by authorized service centres.

    I thought about creating a public list of used components for each product, with help of community gathered information. Maybe on github so everyone can participate.

    @lord-carlos I can contribute, I've found the original manufacturer and model for the buttons and effect pots on the X1 Mk2. I currently own 10 X1 Mk2 and plan to maintain them to the end of my career 😂😛
