What Stuff Do I Need to Download for my Computer

I have a Dell Inspiron 5000 2-in-1. But just got my Traktor Kontrol S4 recently and downloaded the Windows download but it has all these drivers also for download.

    The installer for Traktor Pro 3 includes the drivers for all the current hardware so you shouldn't need to download anything else. Which version of the S4 do you have? Is it a new MK3 product or did you buy secondhand?

    yes it's an MK3
