When I open Native Access doesn't show any products installed and available one

    You are far too short on information. Did it work previously ? or is this a new log in ? What's you computer type and OS version ? Oh you are using Windows 11 and a PC (fetched information from your profile !) What is your version of Native Access ?

    Basically you need to be logged into the correct account and make sure that the products are registered to the account that you are logged into ! : Please check the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page

    Then normally you will have to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS , however for some users then the two latest versions of Native Access has caused problems but you need to be running at least NATIVE ACCESS 3.8.0

    Then if that doesn't work then you could try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access

    Else , my only other suggestion would be that you contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support , When you have made a ticket then you should get an email with a confirmation which may take e.g. 10 minutes to arrive (please also check spam folder). After receiving email confirmation then please allow support up to a week to answer and if they do not respond within a week then politely update your ticket to let support know that you are still waiting for a response ! Also N.I. support do not work in the weekend or holidays as it is now !

    Check a little bit the forum: you will find other discussions with people in your same situation (which points out at a probable problem NA is having lately.

    In particular check this one, with official statement and (maybe) a working solution by NA responsible, Hayo_NI:

    My notebook is windows 11 and Native Access the last verison

    There are two problems.
    The first one after updating Native access, missing the available product and some of the installed products and showing some of the plugins with Demo , whether problem from bundle collectors edition 14 or from the native access software.
    The second problem after updating native access is that when downloading any software or from plugins, there are showing installation failed, and after changing preferences settings also don't install.
