@evonlipp What's your operating system? Mac? Can you post a screenshot of the error message?

Are you installing the Kontakt Factory Library 2 on an external hard drive? What format is that dirve? On a Mc it should be APFS: Notes on Hard Drive Formats on Mac Computers
