    Hello,

can you give a bit more details, what os, what file system. Does the download fail or the installation. Have you tried to set another download folder too or just the library folder.

    Os: 14.2.1. (23C.71) / 16GB / M1 PRO / 500gb storage

Instalation of Native Access is ok, login in, etc.

I started to try to download the recommended app Battery 4, Komplete Kontrol, Massive, and Reaktor 6 and always says DOWLOAD FAILED.

I started too to try to download Libraries (40s Very Own Drums,40s Very Own Keys, etc…) and always says DOWLOAD FAILED.

I started changing the File Management, (Content Location) to use an external HARD DISK to storage the libraries (cause I guess is better for the computer, having more space…?) and when I press INSTALL says DOWLOAD FAILED

I checked different possible solutions throughout the Native Access Support like:

-Allowing full access to the disk too the app of Native

    -Turning OFF VPN

-Erasing the Hard Disc, and checking that the format is the correct (APFS)

    -Reinstalling Native Accès, etc…. Nothing

Seams only some libraries started to download, some how, in SHARED USER of my computer, but only I can see the name of some libraries, they are empty. I changed the File Management to go to the External Hard Disk, and now when I locate them papers the path of the external hard disk, but when I confirm it just says THIS PATH IS INVALID…

any idea of how to accomplish the objective of having all libraries en the HARD DISc available???

Or, in the worst case…Is there any way to just erase everything and start again?! Seams like I am stocked somehow

Have you tried to change the download location, if the download fails it of course can't even install so the external drive isn't used until now.

Try this, then try to install just an app like kontakt or komplete kontrol, on mac they go onto the internal drive, then you can try to install a library on the external drive.

I have a 2tb ext ssd hard drive with nothing on it, yet I keep getting "INSTALLATION FAILED".

If I see those two words one more time, I'm packing my bags and moving to Holland.

And yes, I thought I did everything. Do I need to format my pre-formatted hard drive?

    That's the one thing I didn't do.

    Thanks!

DOWNLOAD FAILED is most likely due to one of these:

    • Your DOWNLOAD folder or disk is full.
    • Your network connection dropped during the download.
    • You need to give NA access to the download folder or disk.

INSTALLATION FAILED is most likely due to one of these:

    • The installation folder or disk is full.
    • The installer needs access or doesn't have some resource it needs.

And yes, as noted above, you have two things that can be disk full: The download folder needs to go someplace. Then during installation, the download folder needs to be expanded, and the expanded files need to go someplace. If both the download and the install folders all reside on the same physical disk drive and it's full, then you're going to just have problem after problem until you provide more disk space.

Native Access 3.9.1 is the current version. If that's installed, then it probably is NOT malfunctioning on your system. Something ELSE is broken or messed up. Get busy and find the root cause of the failures.

    Good luck.

    Thanks anyway.

But disk is empty a computer also, there is plenty of space, access is allowed in disk an computer..., and network is just normal.

I am busy for more than a week with this, just too much time stock with this problem....
