HEY GUYS! I NEED HELP ! (N.A. exclamation marks)

yesterday everything is just fine

but today

I opend fl trying to do sth beats

and i found that my kontakt 7 bank is demo ago

and could not load any contents


and when i opend native access it shows like this


almost all my instruments is showed with a grey exclamation mark


i cant install or do anything to the instruments


what should i do to fix this problem?

    Try this :

    Log out of Native Access

    Then try the following Trouble shooter here : My Products Are Showing As DEMO in Native Access , especially '2. Your activation fails because of corrupted or missing activation tokens' and '3. You have corrupted XML files' (delete both NA XML and offending Kontakt product XML)

    Then restart computer and run Native Access as an Administrator and log in again to see if that helps..

    If does not help then my advice is that you contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support . After receiving email confirmation then please allow support up to a week to answer and if they do not respond within a week then politely update your ticket to let support know that you are still waiting for a response ! Also N.I. support do not work weekends and not holidays either so you can add that to normal response time)(I don't know world calendar holidays but some places it is Easter now or will be tomorrow !)

    Yes, please guet in touch with support, they'll need some more information on your system in order to troubleshoot.
