Register Kontrol s88 MK3

I recently bought the ultimate bundle with the S 88MK3 but my house is undergoing some renovations and I have it unpacked anything, but I want to register the keyboard at least so how do you do this without having to download any software and set up I can’t seem to find a register page Thank you very much. I appreciate that too. Can’t wait to get my house problems completed so I get back to work.
