My Traktor S4 MK2 won't recognize by Traktor 2 Software

Traktor software not recognize the IN device. Tried Traktor 2 and 3 PRO. Also tried to enable all the relavent agents. Nothing.

It’s the S4 firmware up to date? It should be 1.7.0
