Native access instruments wont download

Hey everyone!

So basically I had downloaded native access and all of my products to my laptop some time last year but my sister ended up deleting it all because there wasnt enough room on the laptop. When I went to reinstall native and all the instruments, Everything failed to install. I tried finding the location and creating a new one. nothings working. Im not sure on how to go about this.

@Twintelemusic How was everything was "deleted"? Did you follow these steps? How to Uninstall Native Instruments Software from a Mac Computer If not, check if there are some residues and delete them.

Unless you are using a legacy OS then you should be using at least NATIVE ACCESS 3.8.0 or the latest version of Native Access for your OS (more Mac users have had issues using the two latest versions of N.A.)

If you are on Mac then here below are the standard things to check ! , as for full disk access then ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access !!! And disk used must be of correct format !
