Asking to Install Already Downloaded Plugins

I'm currently on a Macbook Air, and I have installed many of the plugins from Native Access. However, after downloading Shreddage Stratus & Precision, NA says that my plugins aren't downloaded and that I have to install them. However, I can clearly still see the plugins in my folders, along with their files, so I'm not sure why NA is not detecting them as downloaded. The download paths have always been the same, and I haven't changed anything, so am wondering how to fix this.

Logout of N.A.

Then try following Trouble shooter here section 2 and 3 : My Products Are Showing As DEMO in Native Access ,and delete both NA XML and offending product XML if present !

then restart computer and log in again to see if that helps !

Some more info would be helpful, like your operating system, where did you set your install locations? Also feel free to post screenshots that could illustrate the issue.

Are you sure NA isn't just asking if you want to install an update to your plugins?

And you did all these steps (especially the all important serial number step):

And Stratus and Precision are the FREE versions (not full)?
