Traktor Kontrol s5 randomly turns of and on again while playing

Hey, when I use my Traktor s5 it randomly turn off and on again. Sometimes it happens at the beginning of me playing a DJ Set, sometimes it happens after 30 or 40 minutes. Traktor pro meanwhile keeps running, sometime I have to reconnect the controller and select the s5 again in the preferences, after that the music is running again.

I‘m wondering why it keeps happening, did someone have similar issues? Is it a Hardware thing or maybe the Power Supply?

Does the s5 turn off completely (including all screen output)? - This would be a power supply issue. Either the cable is broken somewhere or there is a power disconnect internal to the s5.

Does the s5 turn off, but not completely? - Could be USB related. Check if your OS has some sort of power savings active. If not, maybe the USB hardware connection is broken.
