Arkis isnt playing sound

I have Komplete 14 Ultimate. When I load other instruments they play fine. Arkis sound library wont play when loaded.

    In what context? Is it in a DAW, in standalone, both? What's your operating system? What do you mean by "won't play"? Do you mean you press your keyboard and you don't get sound? Please give more details otherwise we can't really help.
