how do I get native access to work? I get an error when first logging in.

I get this  error: please wait a moment while we launch our security service.....this window pops up and then nothing happens.

anyone else have this problem?? Or idea on how to get past this window?

    A quick Google tells me this is a message from zscaler (some kind of cyberthreat thing).
