S8 controller parts

Hi, I’m looking to replace the main fader on my s8 controller. Can anyone help?

You could try contacting support, I bought a few replacement faders from them a few years back. You can also get replacements off eBay although they don't tend to come with the PCB so you need to do some desoldering and resoldering of the little board. The other alternative is Innofader which you can find here -The Innofader Manual, although they're certainly not cheap!!

thanks for the info, I’ve messaged native to see what they can possibly do. I got a horrible feeling I need buy one off eBay n then give to someone who does soldering . That’s my cheapest option as I don’t have the cash to but those expensive ones …

Yeah $100 for one fader is kinda steep!!! The ones from NI were 14 euros for the channel fader and 28 for the crossfader, + VAT/Shipping. That was back in Dec '22 so they're probably a bit more now.

That’s more in my price budget , just the crossfader I want to replace as no real resistance from it …
