NA and upgrade

I have Komplete Ultimate v 10 and will soon be upgrading to v14. Will the items that are now in my NA be overwritten? In particular I would like to also keep Kontakt 5. Will that be removed in favour of v7 or will v7 just be added. And the same question probably for other items.

    Concerning Win. K14 might work on W7. It is not just supported and probably is not possible authorize by NA2. Most probably one would have to use NA1.

    But I confirm, by Upgrade/Update one keeps all previous licences. And Upgrade/Update Licence is not tied/glued to Base Product, so one may sell Upgrade/Update Licence later on without any problems, if one needs.

    Where was Win7 mentioned? The OP is on a Mac I thought?

    You have not mentioned your OS. And Win7 was just sidenote, that even this might be doable.
