does this mean i have the base or diffrent version? when registreing i downloaded kontakt factory library 2 and when i open up kontakt 7 player i have " Kontakt" so do i have the full version??
Yes, being able to download the Kontakt Factory Library 2 in Native Access means you have successfully registered Kontakt 7. Is there anything that is not working as expected?
If you have any issues regarding registration, get in touch here: bit.ly/NI_support_PA
ok so when clicking and adding kontakt 7 into shopingcart it says i have it, which is goood news but why cant i get crossgrade to appear. ??
I would highly urge you to blur or remove your postal address from your screenshot. Never (!) post your private information in public online communities.
tbh i honstly dont care i just want the Sofware that i paid money for to work
By the sound of it, you own the full version of Kontakt. No need to buy a crossgrade then.
Crossgrade means to switch from a specific software to another. Provided that you own one (or more) of the NI libraries in that list or a eligible third-party vendor library, you could buy Kontakt 7 at a slightly discounted price.
Since you already own Kontakt, you don't need (to do) that.
You should be able to see any product serials connected with your account on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page , listed as either Not registered or as Registered Products.
Then if you install and open latest version of Native Access for your OS (unless you are using a legacy OS , Mac 10.15 and earlier / Win 7 downloads) and then choose All on top and then Applications below then you should be able to see if what you got installed and opens is a player version or the regular full version !
Also when you open Kontakt 7 it may say Kontakt with big letters but ought also say Kontakt 7 in top left :
