which komplete version introduces icon bass and session percussionist ?

Both were released after Komplete 14 which is the latest available Komplete series.

Instruments etc released after the current Komplete version are usually put into the next one, so as Kymeia says, you’re looking at Komplete 15 (no one can tell you when its due to be released).

If you buy now and get the next version of Komplete they appear in, you should be able to sell the ones you bought today.
