It looks like the product you have installed is Komplete Start, not the collection you purchased. Do the products from the Collection show up in Native Access? I'd suggest you put in a support request with Native Instruments which you can do from here - Purchase & Account – Native Instruments (native-instruments.com)
@Jeremy_NI can almost certainly help you with this more than I can as it's account related

Hi,
A similar thread asking about how to install the package is on the image line forum. I havn't yet purchase the bundle but am considering it.
The serials for the plugins etc.. are provided in your image line products. You then enter the serials provide on the image-line account into Native-Instruments serial system. This should make them available through native access. There is an "add serial" button in native access.
After your serial from image line for that product/vst etc.. is input into native instruments it should be available as normal.
If I purchase the package I will provide more info if it is needed but I think the confusion comes that the serials are provided at image-line and need to be manually entered via "redeeming them" in native access. An enduser might expect that their purchase is transfered to the NI product purchase information directly and available via native access directly but it appears that you need to manually copy and paste the serials for each product or use a redemption code. I could be wrong but this is how I understand this works. I will update if I purchase a pacakge.

I am not sure how to edit but I am wrong, it should be in your native access account. This post explains it at the end there is a threat # 323845 at the imageline forum that explains how to unlock redemption code.
It should be clear.
I would edited the post but not sure how to edit. The thread title there isKOMPLETE Collection for FL Studio . So it may just be the redemption code, then the serials appear. The images show how how it appears in that thread.

The plugins are installed via Native Access, so you need to activate them in Native Access.
Your unlock window in FL Studio has nothing to do here, it is for FL Studio and FL Studio related things only.
- Install/Open Native Access
- Navigate to the your My Licenses page (as mentioned by ERF Blackwater)
- Copy the serial you have under your purchased Native Instruments bundle
- In Native Access, click on the 'Add Serial' button on the left bottom side
- Paste the copied serial here
- Click 'Add Serial'
- You have the plugins in your account now, and they will ALSO show up on the Native Instruments page
- Make sure the paths in the Native Access tool are set to the correct VST and content paths
- Install them via Native Access
- Open FL studio
- Do a rescan of the plugins
- Use them
- Be happy
- Next time please check the 'My Licenses' page, as it should show you a list of how to install them or should have a video embedded that shows you step by step on how to install them
- Please do not call the police

@Petr_V Please note our forum is in English only, @mykejb kindly translated it and I edited your original post, let's continue in english ok? You can use DeepL or any other online translator.
The bundle is registered to your account. Have you opened Native Access and installed all the new products?

User had already started a discussion with me over here and then rather than pursue / finish that then suddenly open a new thread instead and then adding the new not previously posted pictures and information over here rather than informing me !

Hello, the problem is already solved. FL Studio has very poor instructions on how to activate products. Their support is very low. Her instructions are to keep putting FLRegkey into FL Studio. After my interventions, they finally put my purchase in the license folders with the products. The discussion on the forum helped me. Thank you very much.🙏

For example > novationmusic.com < is very very great to support. Ole chat with product settings and solves a bad ticket immediately. FL Studio is very poor in support and tutorials.

I think the major disconnect with this promotion simply that you needed to go into your fl studio product licenses and the redemption code was next to the FL NI Bundle. You then just needed to add that redemption code like a serial for a product into Native Access and it activated everything in Native Access.
The checkout process didn't provide those instructions initially but there was a pretty clear set of instructions but you had to know you had to go to the FL Studio Product Licenses page rather than try to find it in Native Instruments. The expectation may have been that on the backend the products would have been added to the NI databaes on purchase rather than needing to enter the redemption code - for people that arn't use to having redemption codes for products provided by third parties. For some new to plugin purchases with hardware ect, it wouldn't be clear to them that they would need to have an unlock process as they might expect the purchase would immediately make them available. That said I ended up getting a bundle through that promotion and it was pretty flawless but clear knowing you need to go to the licenses in fl studio was the issue.
The invoice that is mailed to your email has a bunch of purchase information but also includes this time
A license will be added to your Image-Line account under the 'My Licenses' section at [ THE LINK TO THIS can't post here]), once we confirm payment.
After this the license appears there once payment is processed.
Once you go there
you seen for instance:
The KOMPLETE Collection for FL Studio offers up 12 inspirational instruments, modern classic synths and effects, mix and vocal polishing tools, and mastering. Each plugin here has been carefully chosen to enhance every FL Studio user’s tracks, all for an unmissable price.
Products included:
Massive X / Ozone Standard / Guitar Rig 7 Pro / Empire Breaks / Feel It / Utopia / LoFi Glow / Cloud Supply
Duets / Bite / Dirt / Freak / Nectar Elements / Neutron Elements / Vocal Synth 2
Install your Native Instruments bundle by following these steps.
Step 1: Download and install the Native Access application (found at With the link to native access download)
Step 2: Launch Native Access and either create a Native Instruments account or login with an existing Native Instruments account.
Step 3: Copy the Redemption code you see on this page, return to Native Access, click on ‘+ Add Serial’, paste the serial number into the window that opens, then click the ‘Add Serial’ button.
Step 4: Follow the instructions in Native Access to automatically download, install, and authorize your products.
The main issue is that I don't recall seeing something saying to check your email for information how to activate ect.. it was likely a very minor oversight or people not reading all the information. Having this done automatically on the backend could have likely removed the difficult for people that do not have English as their first langauge.
None the less I thought I would provide a little clarity on how this promotion functioned and where the communication breakdown may have happened. That said it was a very easy install process but if you add in language barriers it can be difficult when all the instructions are in English and you don't know it well.
