Traktor Kontrol S3 Mic gain

can anyone help with Mic levels on S3 either through D line input or as a live channel on deck D.

im using a stagg SDM60 dynamic microphone.

the sound level is so quiet and awful and that’s with the gain on channel D turned up to max.

Please can anyone help🙏🏽🙏🏽

I had something similar with a Shure mic and my S4.

As soon as I tried a cheap 15 EUR mic it worked much better. I assume they have lower internal restance or something. I'm not good with mics.

Cool thanks… thinking it must be the mic as can’t see anything else it could be with the settings. 🙏🏽

I don't know what you want to use it for. But I used my mic for livestreams on twitch. And in that case OBS can directly access the mic through the controller. And then I just boosted the signal in OBS.

Of course that does not work if you want to use the mic through s3 on a stage or something like that.

I’m using it to broadcast DJ shows… I’m using the broadcasting settings in Traktor pro as that was the easiest way to connect 🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️
