Raum, Phasis, amd Kontakt F.S.2 suddenly "cancelled"

Despite never having a subscription beyond the 30 days trial, Raum, Phasis and Kontakt F.S2 are suddenly labelled as "cancelled" despite the fact that I recievied all three of them as a free christmas gift from ni. Re-entering the serial number doesn't help. Anyone else having this problem?

All account and registration issues are handled exclusively by NI Account and registration support . If the serial does not not appear on the list of Registered Products on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page then you should contact Account and registration support !

Otherwise , if it is an issue with Native Access then try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access !

Nope, didn't work. I've contacted support.....
