Massive X doesn't appear on Access

Hello,
After reinstalling my system, Massive X, Raum and Kontakt Factory Selection 2 doesn't appear on Native Access. Support doesn't answer after Thuesday 7st March. This is my second device, the first is sold. Tha license allow two device and It work on my new computer Lenovo Windows 11 until now. Somebody have an idea?

Let me guess. You have Native Access 1 installed.
There's version 2 available, which shows all your products. https://www.native-instruments.com/de/specials/native-access-2/
By the way, you should stick to one topic: https://community.native-instruments.com/discussion/27531/i-lost-massive-x-raum-license#latest
Opening another with the exact same problem doesn't help you in any way.
