I lost Massive X & Raum license
Hello. I lost Massive X & Raum license when I reinstall all my system because I didn't knew "it is required to uninstall the product from the previously used computer". Is there a license recovery or am I lost?
Thanks.

Are you saying your license no longer shows up in Native Access? Or Native Access is not letting you install Massive X?

In general, you can install and activate your products on up to three different devices. However, reinstalling products on the same computer they were installed on before will not affect the maximum permissible number of activated licenses.
All you have to do is to download and install Native Access, log in with your Native ID and install your products again.

Thanks a lot. This is effectively my third device, and when I purchased it, the 1st Februari, Massive X works. So, I restore e previous Windows 11 Installation from my second device to try to recover a SSL X-Delay iLok license, then I reinstall W11 "as a new computer". Now, Massive X doesn't appear in Native Access, so for Raum. I think there is nothing to do now. I m disapointed

Probably best if you just submit a trouble ticket to NI and they can work with you. If the license shows up when you login to NI's web portal, it should show up in Native Access. Switching computer's shouldn't change that. The only thing that people have done on their own to resolve similar issues is to uninstall and reinstall Native Access.

How did you do the restore from your old PC? Did you do a complete overwrite of your system drive from a backup?
Uninstalling Native Access and reinstalling it might help as @reffahcs suggested. You don't "lose licences" if you install on multiple hardware. I've installed across lots of systems while testing stuff and never uninstalled software from older systems. The licencing system isn't like iLok where you're tied to a hardware device/dongle for a fixed licence count.

Provided that you are logged into the correct account then you should be able to see any serials connected with your account on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page , listed as either Not registered or as Registered Products.
If you can not add the serial in Native Access and the app and the serial does not not appear on the list of Registered Products on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page then you will have to contact Account and registration support !
If the serial is listed as a Registered product on your account page and it does not show in Native Access then be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS (unless you are using a legacy OS , Mac 10.15 and earlier / Win 7 downloads), else try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Accessc
If you have already registered the serial in Native Access using another account that you have no longer access to then you will have to ask N.I. support to help you ! Check this article ! "I Have No Access to My User Account "
