why wont my tracks load/play on Traktor Pro 3

Ive loaded all of my tracks from the laptop to Traktor Pro 3 and they played last week noe its saying cannot load files my be missing corrupt or unsupported.

how do i fix please?

Have you done a consistency check on your collection to make sure the files are present?

Right-click "Traktor Collection" and select "Check Consistency". If you've already done that and "Tracks Missing" shows as 0 try right-clicking one of the tracks and selecting "Show in Explorer". It should show you the track. Make sure that the track plays OK from Explorer. What format are your tracks in? MP3/M4A etc

Are you using "normal" files or a streaming service? Or maybe the files are on a cloud service?
