How do I download the Jacob Collier freebe?

I'm following the directions and I'm being run around in circles. I have an account. I updated my Native Access app. I've updated my Kontakt 7 player.

Every time I click on the link to download the Jacob Collier thing I'm brought back to the same page. I click on the "Jacob Collier Audience Choir Free Download" Select the Mac M1 link, another copy of Native Access wants to be downloaded!

It seems as there are two different sets of directions for getting JCAC. The manual for JCAC directs you to install one way, the web page tells you another way. Neither method are working for me!

Did you try it this way?

Click on the Free Download for the freebie, then Get Jacob Collier Audience Choir, then click on it again, then close Native Access completely, then open it again.

The freebie should appear.
