KOMPLETE Collection for FL Studio (says %85 off)

Now there apparently is something called KOMPLETE Collection for FL Studio and KOMPLETE Signature Series for FL Studio , that's news to me , though maybe not to a lot of other people here !

Hi, the package offered by FL Studio is not available on the Native Instrument website. I bought the package > "KOMPLETE Collection" for FL Studio < 5 days ago and I still don't have it. FL Studio support is silent and does not respond to questions.

The package in question is sold at the image-line.com website that I linked to above. When you buy it from image-line.com then you get an email where the serial is all the way down at the bottom of the email so you do not spot it ! (all that, as far as I know, is between you and the seller image-line.com). Then when you have found your email (check spam folder also) and when you find the serial at the lower part of the email then you fill it in at the Native Access app Add serial to redeem it. It will then be added to the Ni account that you are logged into in Native Access. Some people have missed a product or two after redeeming the serial. If you miss anything in Native Access after redeeming the serial then try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access

Hi, FL Studio is distancing themselves from the problem and even though I paid them money for the package, they say it's not their problem, that the package is not in Native Instrument. It's absolutely insane.

I think there is a misunderstanding here .

I think that the above is correct that with respect to product questions then Native Instruments should and will help you.

You need to clarify ! What do you mean "I still don't have it" ? Did you get a key from image-line.com or not ? If you did not get the key then that is a sales question and in that case please contact image-line.com to get your key if it is not in your email from image-line.com as I explained above..

If you already got the key and do not know how to use it then please refer to my answer above again .

Otherwise then please be more specific as to what is the issue that you , so far you only wrote a vague "I still don't have it" as problem description !
