Does Battery Included in Komplete 14 select?

The battery and the sample is showing on my maschine mk3, but it cannot load, error message is showing on the maschine, only when the first time I installed it work but after a week it doesn’t.. anyone know why?

    You got the answer in your own title: Battery is not included in Komplete Select.

    Therefore, its kits can’t be loaded because the program needed to load them is missing
