MK3 Since 2018 today who can help me re-install the Maschine3 production software
I have had Machine MK3 since 2018, before I had the software to make instrumentals. I deleted Native for a while. today I'm re-installing Native but I think I've lost a lot of things on my Native instrument account on the internet I have the software as well as some addons. But it's impossible to add them to Native Access because the software changed to 3.9 today. Who could help me or advise me on how to use Mashine again? Thanks in advance .

You shouldn't "lose" things from your account.
Does the MK3 show as registered in your account here - My Products, Serials & Downloads (native-instruments.com)? If it doesn't are you certain you're using the correct email address to log into the Native Instruments site.
If you're sure it's the correct email the best idea is to contact support here - Purchase & Account – Native Instruments (native-instruments.com). If you can provide the receipt for the MK3 that'd help, or a photo of the serial number from the base of the unit. Don't post either of those here of course, only send them to support.

Good evening My account is successfully connected with the correct password. when I look at my purchases and all the software I own it is there but it is listed next to download via native access.

In the registered products section I have what I need from my previous purchases.
Then the problem is the following: the Maschine mk3 service sees us directly in the download section which brings together all the Native devices and then sees us again on Native access. but it does not appear on my Native access. the support service is a collection of questions that do not cover my problem.
the questions are targeted and do not group my problem
the service has changed a lot since 2018. no more contact with a natural person.
I'm starting to doubt Native after this experience which prevents me from using Mashine.
an MPC has direct access without questionable Native access. Sorry for that last sentence.
Native access not great and the general menu of all downloads without distinguishing between devices is not great

@Jonivaliday I don't understand what your issue is. Is the Maschine software showing as installed in Native Access? Is it present at all?
What is missing exactly in Native Access?

You always have the possibility to contact support in these typeforms if the solutions provided did not work for you. You simply have to answer "no" to every question until you can submit a request.
