Getting a message I'm finding hard to solve

I updated my MAC to Sonoma and updated the NI software. I get the following pop up notification. I have updated to the latest version and still get this pop up. Any suggestions?

If in Komplete Kontrol then in preferences : plugins be sure to check the Always use the latest version

Maybe you're launching the older version of Kontakt rather than the new one you just downloaded. The new one doesn't replace the older version.

It looks like you're trying to load an old version on Kontakt Player, version 6 maybe? On my system "Kontakt" is Kontakt 6 Player, but Kontakt 7 actually shows up as "Kontakt 7"

Does this mean I uninstall version 6? I open Kontact 7 and choose "Hybrid Keys" within Kontakt 7 and that is when the error message appears. It's not with all of the sounds, just a few of them. After I hit the blue OK button, Kontakt 6 appears on my screen.

I am wondering if I just uninstall everything and start over. Or go look through all my folders for Kontact 6. Some downloaded bundles show Kontakt 6.

Native Access is supposed to install the latest version of whatever software you own. So it's odd that Kontakt 7 is saying it's too old.

What version of Kontakt 7 are you on and what type of Mac are you using?

Yes, the first thing I would try is uninstalling Kontakt 7 and reinstalling it. If you don't need Kontakt 6 then I would uninstall it and leave it uninstalled. But if you have made compositions and songs that rely on Kontakt 6, then I might be inclined not to mess with it.

Thanks for your comments and help "PoorFellow," "DunedinDragon," and "reffahcs." I am not getting the error message any longer after I completely turned off my computer and started it again this afternoon. Thank you. All seems to be working well. "PoorFellow," I checked the preference box "Always use the latest version." I will say that a little tweak could be for Komplete Kontrol to make it so that there is an actual check mark that appears in the box. The box is either completely black or white. I would like to see an actual check mark there like they have in other places.

Yes ! , so would I , but I am just another user in this forum with Moderator forum editing abilities assigned , I have no say with respect to program design !
