When we stopped there was no opportunity to print - something glitched because I have used this in the past. NI provided during chat very critical info I need before I have double hand surgery. Long story - anyway I badly need that transcript. When I attempted to go back to chat I got a window that said due to what ever - chat support not available? Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
