Kontakt 6 Instruments don't load after Mac Upgrade
I upgraded from an Intel Mac to a Silicon M3 Max. I've installed all my Native Instruments and they all work but if I open an older session from before my upgrade, the Kontakt 6 instruments open up with no instrument loaded. So I don't exactly know what patch to use. Also, Battery 4 instruments also do not load. They show up, but are all greyed out until I add the pack back in.
Is this just my new reality. Older Kontakt instruments will no longer automatically load? Sometimes I get a prompt to locate samples, but not for the instrument I'm trying to load.

Has anyone encountered this? Problem. Or do you know if you can get phone support from NI to help with this issue? Thanks.

From your profile info it appears as if you are not only on Apple silicon M3 but also using Sonoma.
I don't know much about Mac , but considering that N.I. does not even officially support Kontakt 7 on Sonoma then it is possible that N.I. do not support kontakt 6 on Sonoma (?)(I don't know) , anyway , you ought to check compatibility page ! : Compatibility of Native Instruments Products on macOS , Since you are on Apple silicon then at least legacy software must be run under Rosetta 2 though usually then I think that K6 is not legacy , but your DAW might be , don't know ?
Also if you previously used a version 2.xx Komplete Kontrol app and upgraded that to version 3.xx then be advised that as far as I know then the KK 3.xx app no longer supports the VST2 but only the VST3 version.
Generally then Native Access is supposed to no longer show legacy or incompatible software at least not unless that you check the show legacy software in NA settings !

N.I. do not offer phone support , but there is a forum customer care person you can ask (Jeremy_NI) who is also a Mac expert but he has been missing one or more days this week and I do not know reason for that. He might be back on Monday , then again maybe not !
