Everything of komplete 14 collector's edition disappeared from my account

Hi,

I found all my plugins of native instruments (inclued komplete 14 collector's edition and some other free plugins) disappeared from my account, except 4 programmes: controller editor, kontakt 6 player, kontakt 7 and reaktor 6 player. Even their serial numbers are gone too. The only thing left is their invoices.

I have got in touch with the support, but it's really inefficient, the problem hasn't been solved for almost 2 weeks. the ticket is always open, but I don't have the reply since last wednesday.

Someone can help me please?

If the products are showing in your order history here Native Instruments | My Account (native-instruments.com) but not in the list of serial number here My Products, Serials & Downloads (native-instruments.com) then it's something only support can look at. @Jeremy_NI can probably help with this.
