Hi,

Jacob Collier Audience Choir - Does not appear in my Native Access even after I add the serial.

I'm still on Big Sur OS, could this be the issue?

(Kontakt 7.8.1)

NA V 1.14.1 (R156)

Thanks

The legacy Native Access 1 client doesn't reliably show newer updates and products anymore.

You may want to download Native Access 2 instead:

See if 'Jacob Collier Audience Choir' shows up then (it should).

Once more I would like to thank Monochrome for the very fast response!

Installing the new Native Access and Enable Locations Services (privacy) the NA app, solved the issues.

    Regards,

Thank you for asking and thank you Monochrome for replying! I had the same issue as mentioned above.

I never saw any news about the new Native Access 2 though anywhere until now, so it was just luck that brought me here. Is it being marketed to us as users? Maybe it was and I missed it or I'm blind. Though, I can't find a single email mentioning it when searching. (If not, a tip would be to make this general knowledge)
