Do i need full kontact 7?

i own a bunch of Kontact player sounds which has served me fine but i recently bought a vst bundle for kontact without checking all the requirements, and i can only open a "demo" version of the vst, i checked and the requirements say full kontackt required. honestly at this point im not even sure if i have the full version, is there a simple way for me to check? if its offering me the option to buy it while signed in on the site that means i dont own it... right ?

    If it says "Player" next to the Kontakt logo, then you're using the free Player version.

    @Monochrome yes, i can see i have the player version, however i just read something about uninstalling the player then reinstalling kontact to see if this resolves my issue, at this point i am unsure if i have received a license for Kontact 7 throughout the bundles i have purchased, what would its name be in my license/ product list? would it appear here?

    If you have a license for Full version of Kontakt, you do not need to install or uninstall anything.

    You only need to add your new serial number to Native Access in order to activate the full version.

    Then the application unlock itself to the full version, since it is exactly the same setup (Player and Full = same installation)

    @Sunborn i see, where would i find this serial is i have received one? i can see my serials for all my products but i have many and i do not see one listed for Full Kontakt, what would be this serials name ?

    You should be able to find the serials at the My products and Serials page as either registered or not registered.

    Text will depend on your exact purchase. If you bought a Kontakt app or an upgrade for same then it ought to mention the word kontakt. If you bought a Komplete bundle then it is possible that it will only say "KOMPLETE 14 STANDARD" (which includes Kontakt 7 !). Also , buying a Komplete 14 bundle is the most economic way of acquiring a collection of NI apps and expansions !

    If you got it through a crossgrade, it will appeared as: Kontakt 7 Bundle Crossgrade

    But, if you got it as part of Komplete Standard or Komplete Ultimate it might not appeared at all as individual.

    If you don't have any of the above, then most probably you have the Player version.
