If someone could contact tech support and ask them to check tech support tickets by email that'd be nice?

Not sure exactly what you mean by "check tech support tickets by email" , what exactly do you mean ?
Did you make a ticket that you did not get a response to ? If so then when did you open the ticket ? And did you get a confirmation email ? And of course the inevitable : please also check your spam folder !
Else , NI support does not work Weekends and it might take up to around a week to get an answer !
