Ozone 10 standard to Ozone 11 advanced upgrade?

I'm trying to upgrade from the Ozone 10 standard to the Ozone 11 Advanced but in the online store if I wanted to spend less and crossgrade it says “this crossgrade only works for registered users of Komplete 2-14 Standard, Komplete 8 -14 Ultimate , Komplete 12-14 Ultimate Collector's Edition.”

But I have the Komplete 14 CE, and by doing “add to shopping cart” it adds it anyway.

Are we sure I can buy it and that it will be installed correctly?

sorry, I made a mistake and I wanted to put the discussion in "other software & hardware" but it won't let me change anymore...

Yes ! , the message is counter intuitive , but if you qualify , which you should do if owning K14CE then there should not be any problems what so ever. Just remember that if the serial you get turns out to be a serial you need to redeem over at iZotope (probably not but I have no knowledge on if) then remember to use iZotope credentials on their page and to not auto update browser pass word if asked !

Else if you are presented with any problems redeeming after purchase then contact N.I. shop customer support and ask for assistance. N.I. is no candy shop and I am sure that you will get what you payed for or if not then a refund !

(I am just another user here and not in a position to issue any warranties but the above is to the best of my knowledge the way that it is ! )

thanks, I'll try but anyway I read about other users with the same misunderstanding on the online store. They should be clearer knowing what we purchased from them. Greetings

Yes I purchased crossgrade and it works perfectly.
