Kontrol s49 MK3 - issues

I'm facing some challenges with my Komplete Kontrol, and it's becoming quite frustrating. I received it yesterday, and I'm having trouble getting it to work seamlessly. Either the piano keys function, but the library can't be found on the midi keyboard, or it's the other way around. I've tried everything I could think of—reinstalling the software, resetting the controller to factory settings, reinstalling Native Access and the hardware installation, granting full access to Native Instruments on my HDD, and even resetting my Mac Studio and changing the USB port.

This has been one of the most complicated and error-ridden hardware setups I've encountered. I've invested a significant amount of time since yesterday and haven't had the chance to thoroughly test the device and its capabilities. Is there anyone who can offer some assistance? I'm contemplating returning the controller and requesting a refund.

Have you tried connecting a USB hub to your Mac and connecting your keyboard to the hub? This is a known issue with some computers.

My first advice is ensuring a full install, permissions granted when requested, and (most importantly) using a USB-C hub to see if your issues resolve.
