Slow license transfer process

Hi, I bought a 2hand Maschine mk3 6 days ago. The seller requested the license transfer the same day he sold it me. To date the Transfer ID hasn't arrived. Why can it take so long? I'm very disappointed with this

It usually takes few hours, day at most.... Most probably something went wrong...

He does not have to open the ticket. Unless he has registered the HW less than two, three months ago... Ticket may take few days. And weekends do not count in.

He should use the web page for Licence Transfer.

The Transfer ID is sent to the seller by NI, not to you. The seller should see them in his account. He may be expecting it to be sent to you rather than him needing to find it in his account and send it.

He needs to go to "My Products and Serials" on his account page, then click "Licence transfer" in the menu at the top. At the bottom of the licence transfer page he should click "See licences in transfer". He'll then see a "Ready for transfer" page that shows all the transfer IDs for products he's selling. Assuming the transfer has been approved he needs to send you the Transfer ID of the product he's selling. If it's not showing there he needs to chase it with NI. It's usually pretty fast once an transfer ID has been requested to it appearing on the "ready for transfer" page.

Last time I made a License Transfer a mail has been sent to me with the infos
