i used instruction given in native access not sure if i unzipped the files the right way cause when i go to abeltons install pack it says synchronizing but the bar is empty and nothing is happening
What instruction article are you referencing to? since you can't post links just say the title.
Also, provide minimum info.... Mac? Windows? Which versions?

I have no idea what you mean by "Ableton Pack", "bar" and "Synchronizing" tho, Ableton packs are content like samples and instruments and such. Maybe take some screenshots?

I would if you explained what you want to do. "connect to ableton" is too vague. Do you want just transport control? Do you want to just use the MK3 in MIDI mode to play instruments? Do you want it to control Maschine plugin? Do you want MIDI mode to trigger Abletons session view clips and such?
