Native Access "New Tab" ???

Hi. I appreciate the Jacob Collier choir, but how do we get it? Link says to click the NEW tab in Native Access, but I have the latest version -- 3.8.1 (862876e / 1.15.2.0) and THERE IS NO "New" Tab.

Can someone help? I'm on Mac OS 13.6.4

Also, what's the deal with Dark Version and Light Version?

That sorta helps, but no matter how many times I click on it, it does not show up there. And I've gotten no response from support ticket.

I have the same issue. Add the jacob collier plugin to your account on the NI site, success, it says download in native access using the 'New' tab. As we know, there's no 'New' tab, but it doesn't appear in the 'Available Updates' either.

@rmachin You're likely using the older/legacy Native Access version. Download the new one from here and install it:

https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/native-access-2/

The 'New' tab would normally show up between 'Library' and 'Updates' when you bought something and it will disappear next time you launch Native Access again. It doesn't seem to show up reliably, though.

It's probably easier to simply go through the 'All' or 'Available' tab under 'Library' or use the search function to find a newly bought product.

This problem is due to an older version of Native Access. Please update your version of Native Access to the latest version (3.9.0) and then the problem should be solved!

I always thought the app checked itself for updates but not this time.

Jacobs choir now appears.

It does check for updates, just doesn't update/upgrade the legacy version. Threw me off too.
