How to download Guitar Odyssey
I made a purchase of Guitar Odyssey, went to Native Access entered the serial number, now the only thing Access is showing me is 'locate' not Install. Is there another way to download this library?
I have put the serial number back in twice and reinstalled Native Access. It can't find the library, or course, because it never downloaded.
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

By the way, my answer were based on that the Guitar Odyssey to me looked as a recent addition , however I could be wrong , and if it is not a new addition then support might ask you to reset the N.A. XML file , please see section 8. Reset the XML file in the My Product is Missing in Native Access

Yes! That seemed to work, I deleted the file, restarted Native access, placed the serial number back in, now it is showing the install button, installing now.

Try reading in the email you got to see if there are any details , also try checking the Available tab in Native Access (make sure that you are running latest version of Native Access for your OS). If no luck with any of this then go to the https://narothaudio.com/ site and sign up for a account there https://narothaudio.com/account/register and see if you can fill in serial there and if you can get an installer there !
Their FAQ says the following : How do I download products?
Depending on whether the product is a Native Instruments licensed library or not, you can download your product via Native Access or Pulse. After purchase, all libraries will have download/install instructions available.
Otherwise , contact N.I. support so they can fix the problem (to me it sounds as a hiccup with integrating a new product)

Thank you so much for the reply. I did try reinstalling Native Access, twice. Did the refresh thing. Reentered the serial number twice, nothing. Signed up with Naroth Audio to see if I could enter my serial number, no luck there. I just sent a email to support....fingers crossed. 😐️

You are correct. It was added yesterday I believe. I will try to reset the XML file.
