selection problem with x1 mk2

good evening, I have a problem that I cannot solve with my X1 MK2. Since yesterday the 3 wheels (that of the track selection, and those of the loops) go every 4 and not individually. Let me explain better: the loop goes 1/2, 4, 32 while the tracks every time I turn one click, it goes forward by 4 and not individually. Can you tell me if any program settings have changed or is it a problem with the controller?

    Check if you have more than one mapping loaded for the X1Mk2.

    ok solved. i cleared all mappings that were present and reconnected the controller. now it works normally. Thanks
